Kevin Brodhead Obituary

Kevin L. Brodhead, 58, of Kingston, New York died at Health Alliance Hospital on Wednesday January 1, 2025. Kevin was born in New Rochelle, NY on June 27, 1966, a son of Dorothy M. (Kithcart) Brodhead and the late Eugene W. Brodhead.
A graduate of The Culinary Studies program at Schenectady Community College. He was employed as a Sous Chef at many restaurants in the area. Kevin was an avid walker. Every day he would walk a couple of miles for as long as his health allowed. He would go to Hannaford where he would sit and meet his friends. He enjoyed reading the Bible daily. Kevin attended Sunday School and Church Services at Riverview Missionary Baptist Church. One of his passion was to make sure everyone was ok, even if he had to give the shirt off of his back. One day he rode his bike up to Hannaford met someone who didn't have any transportation so he gave him his bike and Kevin walked home. His famous words were " Are you ok, do you need anything?"
In addition to his mother Dorothy M. Brodhead, he leaves to cherish his memories; four sisters, JoAnn (Ronald) Washington of Virginia, Valerie (Andre) Peterkin, Marlo Brodhead of Kingston and LaVern Brodhead of Saugerties. A brother Robert Brodhead of Schenectady. A host of Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.
