Kevin Brooks

Kevin Matthew Brooks, 33, of Ewing passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 6, 2024 at home. Born in Trenton, he was a lifelong Ewing resident. He was a graduate of Ewing High School. Kevin was a dedicated employee of the Ewing Township Public Works Department. As a youngster he was involved in Ewing West End Soccer and Ewing Recreational Basketball and was an excellent skateboarder. Kevin was a kind soul with a great sense of humor and a big heart. He loved birds, fish, reptiles, and animals of all kinds and had a deep knowledge of nature. His huge fish tank was unsurpassed by any. Visitors to his home were always amazed by it. He will be sorely missed by family and friends. He is survived by his parents Robert and JoAnn Brooks of Ewing, his sisters Erica Brooks of Roebling, Megan Brooks of Lawrenceville and Katy Czarneckichakravarty of Phoenix, AZ and his brother and best friend Bobby Brooks of West Trenton as well as many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visiting hours will be Monday, October 14, 2024 from 6:00PM-9:00PM at Murphy Funeral Home, 935 Parkway Ave, Ewing, NJ. A Mass of Celebration will be held on Tuesday, October 15, 2024 at 10:00AM at Incarnation St. James Church, 1555 Pennington Road, Ewing, NJ.
