Kevin Cooley Obituary
Kevin was born on August 28, 1956 to Kenneth Cooley and Carol Jones. He was a simple man who lived life on his own terms and was known as a friend to all. Kevin loved riding motorcycles, enjoying good times with friends, and most of all, spending time with his family. He had a deep love for his animals and a kind heart that made everyone feel welcome. He will be remembered for his free spirit, his loyalty, and the love he shared so easily with those around him.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Shannon Jones.
Kevin is survived by his children: Cynthia Henson (Travis), DeAnn Cooley (Jesse), and Kevin Cooley (Elizabeth); his grandchildren: Opal, Courtney, Amanda, Cody, Brylea, Greenlee, and Gage; his brother, Keith Cooley; and his girlfriend, Kim Bartels Nicholls.
A celebration of Kevin's life will be held on Sunday, January 4, from 2:00 until 4:00 p.m. at the VFW (Post 5202) in Waynesville, North Carolina.
