He married his wife of 18 years Suzan Carroll Decker in 2007 whom survives him. He is survived by three daughters, Christy Decker, Candice Decker and Hailee Rhode; stepchildren Jimmy Surrena, Jessica Surrena, Josh Carroll; niece & nephews, Miranda Decker, Caitlin Decker and Richard Decker; grandchildren, Angel, Trey, Amari, Karah, Madilyn, James, & Richard; and great grandchild Kayden. He is also survived by his brothers, Richard Decker Jr. and Bryon Decker. He is proceeded in death by his mother Bonnie June Decker, father Richard Curtis Decker, grandparents Foster Decker, Edna Haught Decker, Henry Nelson Benedict, Lucy Marie Mercer Benedict and sons Keith Decker and Kenneth Decker.
He retired from Warren Township and completed his second retirement as security at Solvay plant. Kevin had a joy for motorcycles, Nascar, family especially his grandchildren.
Friends may call on Monday (Aug, 4) at McClure-Schafer-Lankford Funeral Home from 6 until 8. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday (Aug, 5) at 2 p.m. Burial will follow at Warren Chapel Cemetery Messages of sympathy may be sent at www.Lankfordfh.com.
