Kevin Robert Deitrich

Kevin Robert Deitrich, aged 50, passed into eternal life on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in Somerville, New Jersey. He was born in Somerville, and is the son of Jo Ann Deitrich and the late Kenneth Harold Deitrich, Kevin was a lifelong resident of Manville, New Jersey.

Kevin completed his education at Manville High School, graduating with the Class of 1993. After finishing high school, he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Fairleigh Dickinson University located in Madison, New Jersey. Soon after his academic pursuits, Kevin began a career in finance. He was currently working as a Senior Analytical Engineer at Dow Jones in Princeton, New Jersey. Kevin was a parishioner of Christ the Redeemer Parish.

Kevin was a huge sports fanatic. His greatest passion was as a fan for the New York Yankees. and the New York Giants. He enjoyed taking part in participating in Fantasy Football and March Madness. During his free time, Kevin was very active in sports himself and exercise.

Kevin was a devoted uncle who loved his nieces and nephew. He took considerable pride in their activities, particularly in attending and supporting his nephew's baseball games as well as his niece's soccer games and field hockey matches. He made sure after each game he checked in to ask them about the fun they had and reminded them about the Love of the Game! Without a doubt, he was their biggest fan.

Besides his caring mother, Jo Ann, Kevin is survived by his loving sisters, Jennifer and her husband Robert Rutledge of Branchburg, New Jersey and Kristen and her husband Daniel Cumming of Burlington Township, New Jersey; and cherished nieces and nephew, Kayleigh and Kendall Cumming, Austin and Paityn Rutledge. Kevin is also survived by his Uncles and Aunts, Mr. and Mrs. Bruce Deitrich of Annandale New Jersey and Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth De Angelis of Bristol, Vermont.

Family and friends are invited to join together for a viewing at Fucillo & Warren Funeral Home, located at 205 South Main Street, Manville, NJ 08835, on Wednesday, December 10, 2025 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. and on Thursday, December 11, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The funeral services will take place at the funeral home on Thursday beginning at 12:00 p.m. with Fr. Michael Drury officiating. Committal words and interment will follow at Sacred Heart Cemetery, located in Hillsborough, New Jersey. In lieu of flowers the family asks for donations to the Manville High School Hall of Fame in honor of Kevin.
