He is survived by his mom, Kathy Wesley and her husband Lee Roy. Kevin held a special place in their hearts. Their unwavering love and support meant the world to him, and he reciprocated that love in every possible way. Kevin's close bond with his mother was a testament to the beautiful relationship they shared.
In addition to his parents, Kevin leaves behind his beloved aunt and uncle, Janie and Cecil Bishop. They, along with their children Michelle and Jennifer, were not just family to Kevin, but his closest confidantes and companions. Their shared experiences and cherished memories will forever be treasured. Also survived by Kevin, are many extended family members and beloved dog, Daisy.
Professionally, Kevin dedicated his time and skills to Air Security with SCIS.
A graveside service will be held at 2 pm on Friday, October 27, 2023, at Berea Cemetery. Condolences may be left for the family at www.lakesfuneralhome.com
In this time of mourning, let us remember Kevin for the incredible person he was, with a heart full of kindness, creativity, and intelligence. His friendly spirit will forever be cherished, and his memory will continue to inspire us to be compassionate and helpful to one another.

Kevin moved in next door to me in Grand Prairie Texas. He avoided me chattering hello when he was leaving for work, and coming in. God told me in my heart he'd be my best friend. He finally caved. He saved my life, my sanity. He stepped in and became such a huge part of my life and my boys. The memories I have with him, go over the span of many years. Anyone that Kevin decided to be in his life, you'd have to be without a soul to have been blessed by him. I will forever miss my best friend I wish he could see me now. He'd be so proud of me. Till we meet again friend. I will keep going and reaching.
