Please know what a loss I feel in the loss of your beloved Kevin. He was a highlight of my life for the 15 yrs when we worked together. He was a true friend and a joy in my life.

I am so sorry to hear about Kevin's passing. It was such a shock. I enjoyed my many years at Henrico County working with Kevin. We also went to Hermitage together. He graduated a year ahead of me. He will be truly missed, especially in the Pumping Section of Henrico County. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you.
