Kevin Edward Gilbreath

Kevin Edward Gilbreath, aged 61, passed away on November 13, 2025, in Ecorse, Michigan. Born on January 18, 1964, in Wyandotte, Michigan, Kevin lived a life full of love and joy.

Kevin cherished spending time with his family and friends, often found working on cars or enjoying a good football game. His warm spirit and generous nature touched the lives of all who knew him.

He is preceded in death by his father, Charles Gilbreath; his brother, Dale Gilbreath; and his granddaughter, Samirah Taylor.

Kevin leaves behind a loving family: his devoted wife, Dawn Gilbreath; his cherished mother, Charlene Gilbreath; his beloved children, Jennifer (Louis) Taylor and Anthony Gilbreath; and his treasured grandchildren, Tasia Taylor and Somayah Taylor. He also leaves behind his great-grandchild, Soul 'Ani Becton, his mother-in-law Eunice Asaro, along with many nieces and nephews. His sisters, Cindy Deblois, Vicky (Kenny) Bowman, Debbie Stroud, Kim (Mitch) Phillips, his brother-in-law's Randy (Peggy) Shather and Rory (Tammy) Shather and sister-in-law Cheryl (Glyn) Massa will fondly remember him.

Kevin's life was a testament to the importance of family and community, and his memory will forever be held dear in the hearts of those who loved him.
