Kevin Lee Harmon, 56, of Charlotte, North Carolina passed away on December 23rd, 2023. He was born on March 17th, 1967 in Charleston, West Virginia.
As soon as Kevin could walk, he became fascinated with basketball. Throughout the years, he made a name for himself and everyone knew him as the Buzzard Rock Bomber. Kevin broke multiple records during his high school career. He was athletically talented and had a true love for the game.
He is survived by his two daughters, Sydney Harmon and Casey Mace (Joey), mother Pearl Harmon, brothers, Edward Harmon (Carla) and Ricky Harmon (Penny), and several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his father Dola Harmon, sister Kathy Asbury, and nephew Charles Asbury.
He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him.
A celebration of life will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, January 12, 2024 at Cunningham Parker Johnson Funeral Home with Pastor Robert Legg officiating.
Visitation will be held from 12:00 - 1:00 p.m. before the service at the funeral home.

Kevin could always make us laugh and smile! He was one of my favorite people. So many memories I could never pick a favorite. Very sorry for his families loss as well all of his friends. He will be missed soooo much. He was family to us for so long.
