Kevin Wesley Holcomb

Kevin Wesley Holcomb, 64, of Battle Creek, MI, passed away on November 13, 2025, at his home, surrounded by family. Kevin was born on August 17, 1961, in Battle Creek, MI. Kevin was the son of Keith and Marietta Holcomb.

Kevin graduated from Pennfield in 1979. He went on to work with Michigan Carton, and then on to Lowes, retiring after 25 years with the company. Kevin married Debra Holcomb (Root), on June 13, 1985. Kevin enjoyed bowling, karaoke, and camping, but most of all, spending time with family, especially his grand babies! He also loved to build things out of wood and tinker with tractors. Kevin loved going fishing with the kids. Kevin loved being outdoors in general. Always smelling of a campfire. He was an active member of Eagles and former member of Moose Lodge. Kevin played softball and he also enjoyed bowling in the adult leagues. He would be the first person to give the shirt off his own back to anyone, even if he didn't know them. He was well known for his wit and sense of humor and his rather large collection of shirts with sayings.

He leaves behind his wife, Debra; daughters, Holly Cason, and Ashley Boyd; four

grandkids; Elijah, Avery, Braxton and Bailey; siblings; Michael Holcomb, Cindy McPherson, Becky (Clerence) Lewis, LaVerle (Scott) Mcintee, and MaryEtta (Edwin) Stemaly. Kevin was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Laura.
