Mr. Moore was born in Frankfort on March 28, 1962. He was a member of Choateville Christian Church.
He is survived by his mother, Marjorie Ann Weber Moore; daughter, Chelsea Anne Monsma (Rob); granddaughter, Shiloh Monsma; sister, Deena Joy Moore; and nephew, Noah Strunk.
He was preceded in death by his father, Irvine Carel Moore.
Serving as honorary pallbearers will be Roger Bivens, Bill McDonald, Kenny Dunavent, Leslie Dunavent, and Lambert Moore.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to the Franklin County Humane Society, Life House for Animals, or Hosparus of Louisville.
Arrangements are under the direction of Harrod Brothers Funeral Home & Crematory.
