Kevin O’Dell Obituary

He is survived by his loving wife, Angie; his sons, Matthew and Chaz (Tiffany), along with his grandsons, Charlie and Brayden; and his daughter, Morgan. He is also survived by his siblings, Sharon (Tom), Kim, and Danny, as well as many nieces and nephews.
Kevin was a proud member of the Carpenter's Union for over 25 years. He loved spending time outdoors, especially fishing, and was well-known for his sense of humor and the joy he brought to others by sharing his homemade beef jerky. Kevin's warm spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
A Celebration of Kevin's life will be held on December 2, 2024, at Heartland Cremation & Burial Society, located at 6113 Blue Ridge Blvd., Raytown, Missouri 64133. Visitation will take place from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., followed by the service from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

I moved in across the street. I was in 4th and Kevin was in 3rd grade. We rode our bikes in a circle until one of us asked the name of the other. After that, we were inseparable and always found new ways to get into trouble. Farewell old friend, until we see each other again...

Prayers to Kevin's family. He was always so nice and had a smile every time we saw him. Loved that he offered jerky to everyone he came across. We thank Kevin for everything he did for us.

I worked with Kevin at CIC. He taught me many things about furniture installation. He was a great guy to work with. He had a way of making the day go by quickly. My prayers and condolences go out to his family and those touched by his death.
