Kevin Scott Plummer Jr.

Kevin Scott Plummer, Jr., 37, of Fredericksburg, VA, formerly of Gilpin Township and West Leechburg, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, February 13, 2026.

Born September 23, 1988 in Titusville, FL, he was a son of Kevin Scott Plummer, Sr. & Kimberley (Soehner) Plummer of West Leechburg.

Kevin was a graduate of Valley High School. He worked as a material handler and in delivery for Aerotech, Inc. from 2009-2023, then moved to Fredericksburg where he has worked as a rural mail carrier for the United States Postal Service for the last few years.

Kevin was a skilled artist, liked gaming, playing Dungeons & Dragons, and watching professional wrestling. He most loved being with his family.

Kevin was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Clyde & Winifred Plummer, and his maternal grandparents, Richard & Dorothy Soehner.

In addition to his parents, Kevin Jr. is survived by his children, Jensen Plummer of New Kensington, Elijah Plummer of Fredericksburg, VA; siblings, Kyle & Katelyn Plummer of West Leechburg; fiancé, Sabrina Nicole Frye of Fredericksburg, VA, her son Kobe, and her parents, Mike & Rosalie; as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Friends will be received in the Curran Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 300 Market Street, Leechburg, on Friday, February 20, 2026 from 11:00 a.m. until the Celebration Of Life Tribute Service at 1:00 p.m. Please join the family as they honor Kevin's life. Private interment in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Leechburg, will be held at the convenience of the family.
