Kevin Riddick Obituary
Kevin was born in Perquimans County, NC, on March 1, 1948, to Raymond Riddick and Lessie Riddick.
Kevin was a US Army Veteran; he loved music and sports, was a longtime NY KNICKS and NY YANKEES fan, and was a beloved friend and mentor to many, including the Brotherhood Ministry at Friendship Missionary Baptist Church.
Kevin is preceded in death by his father, Raymond Riddick, his beloved wife, Carol E. Riddick, and brothers Frank Riddick and Brian Riddick.
He is survived by his mother, Lessie Riddick, his daughter Kia Riddick-Taylor, his life partner Sandy Catus, Son in Law Daniel Taylor, granddaughter Kimberly Tyler, Brothers Reginald Riddick, and Bertram Riddick, and sister Bernadette Riddick.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 14, 2022, from 1-2 pm at Raymer-Kepner Funeral Home, Huntersville, NC. A funeral service will follow at 2pm in the chapel.
The following week, Kevin will be laid to rest in NY.
