Kevin J. Shelton, of Wentzville, MO, passed away Saturday, December 28, 2024, at the age of 69. Loving husband of 41 years to Barb Shelton; beloved son of the late Glennon and Maxine Shelton; devoted father to Rob (Maria) Bell and Randy (Brandye) Bell; cherished grandfather of Madison Bell, Joseph Carraway, and Kaylie Carraway; dear brother to Mark (Lillian) Shelton, Christie (Neil) Karn, Cindy (Keith) Brown, Candy (Bob) O'Leary, Cheri (Mike) Conway, Scott (Cookie) Shelton, Carol (Donna) Shelton, and Barry (Merilee) Shelton; brother in-law to Nancy Shelton and David Lineback; an uncle, cousin, and friend to many. Kevin is also preceded in death by two brothers, Keith Shelton and Benny Shelton, and a sister, Cathie Lineback. 

 Kevin was an avid outdoorsman who found joy in tending to his farm, where he took pride in its upkeep. He had a passion for hunting and fishing and cherished the camaraderie of hunting trips with family and friends. Kevin was known to create the best BBQ, and often shared delicious meals with his family, creating countless memories. Known for his kind heart, Kevin was always ready to lend a hand or offer wise advice to those around him. Kevin also loved dogs, especially his Brittanys, who were always by his side over the years. Kevin was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him. 

 In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Kevin’s name to Missouri Conservation.
