Kevin Maurice Shines

Kevin M. Shines passed away peacefully, surrounded by loved ones. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend whose warmth and laughter touched everyone who knew him.

Kevin was a man who deeply valued family and friendship, always keeping in touch with the people he loved. He had a gift for bringing everyone together-whether it was for a backyard barbecue, a celebration, or just good conversation. He loved the outdoors, especially hunting, and had a colorful sense of humor that could light up any room. His laughter, kindness, and easygoing nature made him the heart of every gathering.

He is survived by his loving wife, Michelle Shines, and his children Riley Shines, Colby Shines, and Kyle Chu. Kevin was also a proud grandfather to Rylan Shines, who recently turned two years old-a birthday Kevin was blessed to celebrate with his only grandchild.

Kevin is also survived by his brothers David Shines, Ricky Shines, Bill Shines, Terry Shines, Rod Wright-Shines, Kelly Shines, and Brett Shines, and his sisters Beverly Shines-Minnis, Brenda Ayscue, Jodi Shines, and Bridget Baisley, as well as many nieces, nephews, and friends who loved him dearly.

Kevin will be remembered for his big heart, his quick wit, and the way he always made time for the people he cared about. His legacy of love, laughter, and family will live on through all who were blessed to know him.
