Kevin Sor

Kevin Sor, 75, of Lowell, MA, passed away peacefully at home on (insert date). Born on March 3, 1950, in the Takeo Province of Cambodia, he came to the United States in the early 1980s and proudly became a U.S. citizen on September 17, 2008. Kevin was deeply involved with community events at The Glory Buddhist Temple, where he found great fulfillment in supporting cultural and spiritual gatherings. He loved saltwater fishing in the Massachusetts Rhode Island Bay, always eager for time by the ocean. Kevin also enjoyed spending time at his favorite local restaurant Phnom Penh of Lowell, meeting daily with a regular group of friends to drink coffee and discuss politics. His greatest joy came from spending time with his granddaughter, Kenzlyn. He is survived by his two sons, Syno Hang and Siven Hang of Lowell, and his daughter in law, Kelly Nguyen of Malden. He is also survived by his wife Vannyda Hang of Lowell, and his beloved granddaughter, Kenzlyn Hang of Lowell.\ FUNERAL NOTICE Visiting hours will be held on Sunday, November 30, 2025, from 2:00 to 3:00 PM at Dolan Funeral Home, 106 Middlesex Street, North Chelmsford, MA. From there, continued services will be held at The Glory Buddhist Temple from 5:00pm - 8:00pm.
