Born in Jackson, Michigan to Earl and Jeanne Wilson, Kevin was a long distance trucker for 45 years. He found his calling when he proudly earned his Commercial Driver's License. East Coast to West Coast, cities and remote highways, he saw the entire country on his travels. Restless, talkative and friendly by nature, Kevin enjoyed telling stories of the many experiences of life on the road. He appreciated vintage cars and found that he enjoyed the meticulous work of detailing old cars. Kevin was energetic, up for an early start on whatever the day would throw his way. He persevered through the rough patches and lived at velocity during his best times. We all feel Kevin left too soon, may his highways now be easy and endless.

Preceded in death by his parents, he is survived by his sisters Frances Dwan, Michelle Wilson, and Melissa Wilson; his brother David Wilson; his brother-in-law Andre Barbeau; nephews Anthony Dwan (Virginia) and Quinn Barbeau; and niece Gisèle Barbeau. Kevin is also survived by his friend of many years, James Allen, whose selfless care and steadfast support during Kevin's illness was a source of great comfort and invaluable support. Kevin was fortunate to have the friendship of John Boudiette, a generous and kind friend to the end.
