Keyana Marie Johnson, from
Okeechobee, Florida, sadly passed away on September 22, 2025, at just 22 years young. It's way too early for someone so vibrant, hilarious, and memorable to leave us. Keyana wasn't just loved; she is adored by everyone around her. She is bold, born to lead, sarcastic (in the best way), and incredibly proud of how far she has came. As we all were. If she believed it, she knew it was true. And if she said it, it was probably right. She is strong-willed, has a beautiful soul and has a laugh that is contagious.
Born to Kymberly Flateau and John Johnson in Fort Pierce, Florida, Keyana spent her life as a Floridian but always longed to travel the world. She could find a reason to celebrate anything and everything. She dressed up everywhere she went, no matter how big or small the occasion. Her joy for life was extremely contagious.
Keyana was recently engaged in December of 2024 to the love of her life, Jacob Aldridge. Together, they had a bond that will never be broken. Keyana and Jacob were yin and yang, their souls complementing each other perfectly. Keyana was over-the-moon excited to be planning her own wedding, especially because she lived and breathed weddings herself. As a wedding coordinator and venue manager for Ever After Farms, she made dreams come true every weekend, pouring her whole heart into creating magic for every couple she worked with. Through this experience, she was able to plan her own wedding with such enthusiasm, down to the smallest details. She would have been the most beautiful bride the most beautiful bride the world has ever seen.
Her love for her family is sacred. Her bond with her brother, Damien will forever be unshakable. He is her best friend, her mentee, her coworker, and the one
she bossed around with love both at home and at work. The rest of her siblings; Evan, Dominik, Mason, Hailey, and Averie looked up to her with awe, because how could you not? She is radiant. She is *the* big sister. Sissy. And they always fought with love (like true siblings)
Keyana loved the water whether it was the beach or a pool, traveling, hiking, shopping, tennis, boardgames, concerts, amusement rides, nature and what it had to offer. She approached life with curiosity, Always ready to explore new places, tasting new recipes, and having the moments to experience all things new. She also had the softest heart for animals and spoiled her two cats, Tom and Willow. Her energy was unmatched by any. Her presence was magnetic. She cherished the time she spent with her family and her friends.
Keyana is survived by her fiancé, Jacob Aldridge; her mother, Kymberly Flateau (Jason); brothers, Damien, Evan, Dominik, and Mason; sisters, Hailey and Averie; uncles, Don Gram, Jonathan and Maxwell Glosson; aunts; Star and Summer Gram and Ashley Garcia; future in-laws, Ben and Sandra Wine; and a wide circle of extended family and future in-laws.
Keyana was accompanied in death by her father, John Johnson; and preceded by her maternal grandfather, Michael Flateau; grandmother, Denise Glosson; maternal great-grandmother, Ann Flateau; paternal grandmother, Rebecca Johnson; and aunt, Elizabeth Johnson, all who welcome her with open arms.
Keyana had a quiet confidence, a spirit that was bold and open, joyfully chaotic in all the best ways. She had an outgoing attitude that bespoke her talents, a work ethic that reflected her servant's heart and a passion for perfection and achievement that belied her age. She was a planner, a dreamer, a doer, and a dazzling presence in every space she entered. Her absence leaves a silence and void that's hard to comprehend/but the memories she gave us will be cherished echo forever in the hearts of everyone she leaves behind.
A celebration of life honoring Keyana will be held on Tuesday, September 30, 2025 at 2pm at her home away from home, Ever After Farms Stockyard (8900 NE 12th LN
Okeechobee, FL 34974). In lieu of flowers, Ever After Farms has created a donation fund to help with funeral expenses for both Keyana and John.
Not a day goes by where Keyana isn't deeply missed. She was magic. She was the light in the darkness. And she will never be forgotten. Her spirit will continue to live on forever through all the lives she's touched.
