Keyvonna Rochell Truitt

Keyvonna Rochell Truitt, 28, a resident of Screven, Ga. passed away unexpectedly on Friday, August 01, 2025 at her residence. She was born on September 15, 1996 to the late, Dodgie Truitt and Matthew Guyton, Jr. in Wayne County, Ga. Keyvonna was educated in the public school system of Wayne County and occasionally attended her family church, Odum Grove Missionary Baptist Church. She enjoyed dancing, gardening and everything that would allot time with her papa, Mitch who helped raised her as his very own. They shared a unique relationship as grandpa and granddaughter. She loved her family and enjoyed spending time with them.
Keyvonna was preceded in death by her mother, Dodgie Truitt; her grandparents, Mary Guyton, Matthew Guyton, Sr., Johnny Lee Truitt and Reginald Graves and her aunt, Frankie T. Harris
Those left to cherish her memory: her father, Matthew Guyton; her siblings, Maurice and Domonique Thomas, Javon Truitt, Shantell and Alyah Truitt, Serina Guyton, Crystal Guyton, Matthew Guyton, Jr.; her grandparents, Charles "Mitch" (Gloria) Frazier, and Theresa Grace; her aunts, Peggy Fluellen (Ricky) Flowers, Delores (Tommy) Williams, Tiffany (Flemming) Milledge, Sophia (Irvin) Grant, Geraldine Truitt-Booth and Bobbie Nell Holloway, Bobbie Jean Moore, Glenda Moore, Odessa (Rice) Hussey, Dorothy Singleton, Maxine Guyton, Mary Kay Guyton and Linda Guyton; her uncles, Jimmy (Karen) Truitt, George (Rebecca) Frazier, Tony Frazier, Clifford Moore, P.A. Hunter, Craig Truitt, Bill, Tommy, Thomas, Jimmy and Timmy Guyton, Bobby (Cassandra) Hunter, Roland (Sonya) Hunter and Johnny (Evanell) Fabian and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends who truly cared about and loved her. She will be greatly missed.
A visitation will be held on Monday, August 11, 2025 at Royal Funeral Home Chapel, 247 W. Pine Street, Jesup, Ga. from 5-7 p.m.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, August 12, 2025 @ 10:00 am at New Bethel Life Changing Ministries, 512 Brown Street, Screven, Ga. 31560
Interment in Screven City Cemetery.
