Sr. Tommy "Ted FatBoy" Anderson Sr.

Tommy Anderson, Sr. was a loving and caring young man that everyone loved. Tommy was born in Hinesville, Ga on April 19,1980 to Zettie Ruth Anderson and Lacy Hines, Sr. He received his education with Long County School where he graduated in the Class of 1998. Tommy studied to become a one-of-a-kind Journeyman Electrician with IBEW Local Union 508.
He was a dedicated worker and he became a Foreman at his last assignment. He was a devoted father, son, brother, cousin, and friend to all. Ted (Fatboy) as we all know him, has always stolen the spotlight and made sure he was the center of attention. He was very affectionate with his family and friends. There was never a dull moment when he was around.
Tommy, aka Ted Mr. ICI, gained his wings on Friday, June 6, 2025. He was preceded in death by his father, Lacy Hines, Sr.; stepfather, Larry Baggs; his grandparents, Johnny C. Anderson and Shirley Cray.
He is survived by his children, To'mya Anderson, Tommy Anderson Jr, Nathan Anderson and Charlecia Sanders; his mother, Zettie Baggs; his brothers, Lacy (Lisa) Hines, Rosby (Carla) Anderson, Keith (Kendra) Anderson, Lavonrick (Shanice) Williams, Lazaruss (Meria); his sisters, Stephanie Perry, Romonda Hines, Lucresha Baggs and Lorette Baggs; his aunts, Jackie, Ann, Kimberly, Billie, Julia, Sharon, Letha, Mona; his uncles, John, Larry, Rollie, Pate; his great aunts, Carrie and Rose; his great uncles, Sam and Herman; and a host of loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friend.
A visitation will be held on Friday, June 20, 2025 from 5-7 pm at St. Phillips Missionary Baptist Church, 147 Boundary Street, Ludowici, Ga. 31316.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 21, 2025 at 11:00 am at the Ludowici Gymnasium, 100 Martin Luther King Jr. Street, Ludowici, Ga. 31316 (Remains will lie in state 1 hour prior to services 10-11am for viewing).
Interment in Macedonia Cemetery, Tommie Hines Rd., Ludowici, Ga. 31316
