Kim Edgar Obituary

Published by Legacy on Jul. 20, 2025.
With hearts full of pain but also hope, we announce the passing of Kim Edgar, a devoted Christian whose unwavering faith inspired us all. We find comfort in the promise that she is now in God's eternal embrace. She passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family after a long courageous battle against cancer.

Kim was born in Pensacola, FL and moved around a lot as a military family. She graduated high school in Puerto Rico, where some of her love of the water started. After graduation she began her career as a flight attendant and continued her career with the airlines traveling the world until she retired. Post retirement she continued to work as a bookkeeper office manager in the nursery landscaping industry in South Florida.

Kim was a devoted wife of 39 years to her husband Don, loving mother to her daughters Cristina, April (Kenny), and Debbie (Scott), a cherished and loyal friend to so many and one of her favorite roles was grandmother (Nana) to her grandchildren Audrey, Sophia, Bradley, Conner, and Trace. She leaves behind her father William Macauley, her brother Bill Macauley his wife Beth and their two daughters Ann Marie and Heather.

She was preceded in death by her Mother, Betty Macauley.

Our family will forever carry the lessons of strength in the Lord she taught us.
