Kim Lorraine Noirot

Kim Lorraine Noirot, age 64 of Hesperia, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, May 26, 2024 at her home. Kim was born on June 9, 1959 in Fremont to Jacob "Jack" and Sharon (Harig) Schornagel and graduated from Fremont High School in 1977. Kim has been a lifelong resident of the area and married Douglas Noirot on May 5, 1984 in Fremont. Kim loved raising her family, which was the center of her life, and treasured the time she spent with them. Kim spent many years working in the Newaygo County Court System and later began work as a legal secretary for Mark Schropp until her retirement in 2019. Kim loved fishing with her husband, Doug, tending her beautiful flower gardens, rock hunting on the shores of Lake Superior, and family game night with her siblings, her family, and friends. Kim's adventurous spirit will be missed by all of those who were blessed to enjoy her company. She was loved and will be deeply missed.
Kim is survived by her best friend and husband, Doug of Hesperia; her children, Abigail (Jimmy Brothers) Noirot of Gadsden, Alabama; William (Melissa) Noirot, currently serving in the United States Air Force in Omaha, Nebraska; her grandchildren, Lily Brothers, Sadie Brothers, Mara Brothers; her siblings, Teresa Bradshaw of Plainwell; Cindy (Frank) Bock of Fremont; Jake Schornagel of Fremont; Stacey Butler of Fremont; sister-in-law, Pam Noirot; special nephew, Tim Noirot; many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins and friends. Kim was preceded in death by her parents, Jacob "Jack" and Sharon Schornagel in 1991 and by her sister, Diana Wiles in 2023.

MEMORIAL SERVICES : Thursday, May 30, 2024 at 2pm at the Crandell Funeral Home – Fremont Chapel. INTERMENT : White Cloud Cemetery.
