Melissa Kim Taylor, a devoted mother, grandmother, nurse, and friend, passed away surrounded by loved ones. She dedicated her life to caring for others, both in her nursing career and in her personal life. A lover of nature, photography, and all animals, Kim found joy in capturing beauty through her camera lens and in the quiet moments outdoors. One of her happiest memories was fulfilling her lifelong dream to swim with dolphins. Kim's greatest pride was her family. She is survived by her only son, Joel Taylor, and his wife, Melissa; and her beloved grandchildren, Alex and Autumn. She also leaves behind her sisters Lisa Thayer (husband Roy) and Cecilia Moore Oney (husband Jimmy); her brother Eddie Siniard (wife Margaret); and a host of nieces and nephews who will remember her kindness and humor. She was preceded in death by her father; Billy Joe Siniard, mother; Marcia Brannan Siniard; her stepfather, Edwin Siniard; her sister, Patricia Nichols; and her grandparents, James Brannan, Juanita Leach, and B.O. & Gertrude Siniard. Kim's legacy is one of compassion, resilience, and unwavering love for her family. Her gentle spirit will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. A celebration of life service will be held on Saturday August 16, 2025 at 1:00 p.m ct at Corner Stone Funeral Chapel. Family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until service time.
