Kim Crowder, of Boonville, went to be with her Lord and Savior on the 19th of February, 2026. She was born in Cleveland, Ohio, on May 27th, 1959, to the late Charles and Joanne Cochran. Kim was an active member of Collide Church and loved spending time with her church community group. She loved anything that got her out of the house and with friends and family. She enjoyed going to the movies and attending any social gatherings she could. Kim loved her family above all else and showed that by the way she raised her children. She was a wonderful wife, friend, and mother. In addition to her parents, Kim was preceded in death by her sister, Karen “Casie” Cochran. She is survived by her husband, William Crowder; daughters, Lisa Joanne Crowder, Lindsay Margaret Crowder; step-mother, Joan Cochran; and close friends, Sonya, Connie, Amy, Twinkle, and Satkur. A private memorial service will be held at a later date. The family would like to extend a special thank-you to the church community at Collide for their friendship and the memories they shared with Kim. The staff of Gentry Family Funeral Service of Yadkinville will be serving the Crowder family.
