KIMBERLY A. GERRONE (nee Zernic), age 61; beloved daughter of Jane (nee Kopylec) and the late Joseph Zernic; loving sister of Chrissy Bretz (husband Dennis), Tom Zernic, Patty Sciarabba (husband Anthony), and the late Joseph Zernic; dearest aunt of Clay and Caylie Bretz, and Anthony and Vince Sciarabba.

Kim was born in Punxsutawney, PA and spent most of her entire life in South Euclid. She graduated from Regina High School in 1980 before spending her career in retail. Most recently she diligently managed for 10 years Tuesday Morning in Highland Heights. Kim was enthusiastic about her work and strived to be the best at whatever she did.

She liked to cook and make candy and always loved the holidays and family gatherings. Kim was also a loyal fan of the Browns and Indians watching whenever she could. Kim is remembered as always having a good sense of humor, definitely witty and sometimes raw. She had a fun hyper-side to her and at times could be described as a bit controlling. Kim was devoted to her work and her family, especially living with and caring for her mom. Sadly, she was recently diagnosed with pancreatic cancer which did not leave her many options to fight. She died peacefully at Hospice in Medina on April 18, 2024. Kim will be missed dearly by all.
