Kimberly Ann Tanner, born on December 4, 1960, in Liberty, Texas, passed away on December 17, 2024, in Kingwood, Texas. A cherished figure within her family, Kimberly was known for her unwavering love for her family, especially her grandchildren, and her passion for cooking. Her personality was marked by a delightful blend of generosity, stubbornness, and a deep commitment to those she held dear.
Kimberly is survived by her husband, John Sims of Beaumont, Texas; her sons, Randy Tanner and wife Jennifer Hardin of Daisetta, Texas, and Michael Tanner and Shannon of Houston, Texas; and her daughter, Brandy Morgan and Christy Collins. She is also survived by her brother, Larry Duff of Moss Hill, Texas, and her sister, Sandra Puckett of Warren, Texas. In addition, she cherished her numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and a host of loving friends and family.
She was preceded in death by her father, Archie Duff; her mother, Colleen Watson Duff; her brother, Ray Duff; her sisters, Kathy Rice, Tookie Downs, and Gwen Robinson; grandson, McKaiden Tanner; and granddaughter, Skye Tanner.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 30, 2024 between 11:00 am - 12:00 pm at Faith and Family Funeral Services. Graveside service will be held at 1:00 pm on Monday, December 30, 2024 at Oakdale Cemetery in Daisetta, Texas.
Pallbearers are Randy Tanner, John Sims, McKall Tanner, William Vacha and Michael Tanner.
Kimberly Ann Tanner will be remembered not only for her strong spirit and culinary talents but also for the bonds she nurtured throughout her life. Her legacy of love and resilience will continue to inspire and bring comfort to all who knew her.
