Kimberly White Obituary
Kimberly graduated from Lathrup Village-Southfield in Southfield, MI. She went on to obtain a medical degree in nursing at Washtenaw Community College and the University of Michigan. She met the love of her life, her partner, Shawn Brusso whom she remained in a domestic partnership with.
Kimberly worked as a pediatric ICU nurse until her retirement. She also contracted for home hospice, and worked at Motts Hospital for U of M.
She loved to go hiking, rock picking, read books and do crossword puzzles every day.
Kimberly is preceded in death by her parents Joseph and Kathy, her daughter Shawna White, and brother Joseph Crampton.
She is survived by her partner, Shawn Brusso, sons Jordan Crampton and Scott Saari, and her sisters Colleen Michalak and Dawn Marie Green, brother Keith Hendrickson, and ex-husband Steven White.
A service for Kimberly White will be held at Lake View Cemetery in Calumet, MI at 12:00pm on June 15, 2026. A celebration of life for family and friends will held at 3:00pm at the Pavilion at Bucky's in Calumet, MI on June 15, 2026.
Kimberly will be laid to rest with her daughter Shawna in Lake View Cemetery this summer, if anyone wishes to leave flowers for her.
