Obituary of Kirk Patrick Sandifer
Kirk Sandifer, 66, of Fairfield, Texas went on to be with his heavenly father on October 12. 2023. Kirk was born on July 5, 1957 to Louis Sandifer Jr and Madella Fantroy Williby. They later moved to Fort Worth,Texas where he graduated from PolyTechnic High School.
He studied to become an expert in automobile mechanics, specializing in automobile repair, paint, and body repair. As a mechanic Kirk's skills were unmatched earning him respect and admiration from his peers and clients. As a skilled mechanic Kirk later went on to work for General Motors.
Beyond his technical expertise, Kirk's magnetic personality was felt in everything that he did including drawing, playing in a band, as well as DJing over the weekend in Fairfield, TX at the family club. However, he gained a reputation for being the only cousin that could not dance. His outgoing personality allowed him to effortlessly spread joy to those around him. Kirk brought smiles to their faces when he was in their presence.
He is survived by his mother Madella Williby and brother and sisters, Jarvis Sandifer, Rodney & Neda Sandifer, Gwen Franklin, Carl Franklin, and Melody Bryant. Along with his children Damian Sias 48, Myasha Johnson 43, Joshalyn Walker 35, Kirk Sandifer Jr 30, and Davion Sandifer 23. His Grandchildren Amilyan Sias 17, Damian Sias Jr. 7, Ariea William 20, Kevin Johnson Jr. 16, Kaden Johnson 11, Nathan Walker II 10, Jordyn Walker 5, Kirk Patrick Sandifer III 9, and Pierre Sandifer 1.
He is preceded in death by his father Louis Sanifer Jr with many friends and relatives.
Services: A visitation will begin at 4:00 p.m. with a service starting at 6:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 25, at Martin Thompson & Son Funeral Home, 6009 Wedgwood Dr., Fort Worth, TX 76133.
