Kris "Krissy" Cantrell

It is with great sadness that Kris "Krissy" Cantrell passed away Sunday, November 2nd, 2025 in Clinton, Missouri. Kris was a devoted daughter to Loretta Johnson, and a loving mother to Jennifer Cole, Richard Ransdell and Christian Ransdell. Kris was an amazing grandmother to James, Jesse, Brooklyn, Andre, Ezra, Jordan and Hyleigh. A cherished sister to her brother's Romy and Allen Ravelo. Beloved aunt Linda Napoles and her cousins who grew up as close as siblings -Francine, PJ, Jessica and several nieces and nephews she adored.

Kris worked for the Henry County Sheriff's department and retired as Osceola police chief. Kris had a heart full of love for her family. Her favorite was taking her Grandchildren for adventures from fishing in the lake to skydiving to float trips she was the grandma that did it all alongside those she loved. She has built once in a lifetime memories with her children and grandchildren. She was a woman who had no fear living life to the fullest with passion in anything she set out to accomplish.

Her faith guided her through life and she acknowledged it through Christ and raised a family with the principles of discipline, love, and compassion for all.
