COON, Kris Randy – of Chesaning, died Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at his residence. He was 69 years of age.
Randy was born September 19, 1956, in Owosso to the late Robert and Sadie (Yarabek) Coon and was a lifelong resident of Chesaning. He was a 1974 graduate of Chesaning Union High School. Randy was employed for many years at Hehr Industries. He enjoyed repairing automobile bodies, fixing and tinkering with things.
Surviving are: sister, Diana Kulhanek of Chesaning; many nieces and nephews; Haleigh Bard and Katie Bard who like grandchildren to him; brother-in-law, Delanor Vrable; sisters-in-law, Georgia Coon and Sandy Coon. He was also preceded in death by: long time special companion, Linda Gibson; siblings: Marlene (Bion) Streeter, Gerald Coon, Carol Vrable, Jim Coon, and Dennis Coon; brother-in-law, Leon Kulhanek.
