Memorial Redwood Mortuary & Cemetery - West JordanIt is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Kam Coon, a cherished husband, father, son, brother, and friend, who left this world peacefully at home on March 7, 2026, at the age of 34. Born on October 18, 1991, in Murray, Utah, Kamron's life was a testament to courage, strength, and unwavering Love for life, even in the face of a courageous battle with cancer.
Kamron was the beloved son of Deanna J. Coon and the late Steven D. Coon. He brought immense joy to their lives from the moment he arrived. Kamron's legacy will continue to shine through those he has left behind.
In September 2023, Kamron married the love of his life, McKenna, and together they built a beautiful life filled with laughter, adventure, and love. Kamron's pride and joy was his precious daughter, Raelynn Sue Coon, who will grow up cherishing the memory of her devoted father. Kamron is also survived by his loving brother, Austin J Coon, with whom he shared a lifelong bond of brotherhood and friendship, and lastly survived by his loyal, but courageous Bulldog Baloo.
A proud graduate of Bingham High School and a 5A Football State Champion, Kamron pursued his passion for mechanics at Wyotech Technical Diesel College. His career as a Warranty Manager, Pro Shop Manager, Service Writer, and Master Technician at Taylor’s Boats was not just a job but a testament to his love for Boating, the outdoors, and all things mechanical. Kamron was a fundamental part of the Taylor’s Boats family, and they were a great source of comfort and support to him and his family during challenging times.
Kamron was an avid outdoorsman whose adventurous spirit was contagious. Whether he was boating, riding ATVs, dirt bikes, street bikes, or exploring the desert with his Side by Sides and Jeeps, Kamron embraced life with an enthusiasm that inspired everyone around him. His outgoing personality was magnetic, and people naturally gravitated towards him, drawn by his warmth and genuine love for life and a good time.
In addition to his professional and personal pursuits, Kamron was an active member of the Timp Marina Boat Club, where he shared his passion for boating with fellow enthusiasts. His presence will be deeply missed within the community he loved so dearly.
The Coon family extends their heartfelt gratitude to Taylor’s Boats for their unwavering support and kindness during Kamron's illness. Their compassion and care will never be forgotten.
Kamron Coon was deeply loved by his family and friends. His spirit, courage, and love for life will forever be remembered and celebrated. Though he will truly be missed, Kamron will never be forgotten. May he rest in peace, surrounded by the love and memories of those who cherished him.
Kamron was survived by his wife, McKenna, daughter Raelynn, Mother Deanna, brother Austin (Janee), nephews AJ and Kaden, Grandparents Willard and Susan (deceased), Grandma Precious, family, and friends.
