Krista Sarles Obituary

Krista, a Bad Axe Michigan native, who later moved to Perry Florida in late 1990's and was known for serving as a one of Huddle House's finest Waitresses for 21 years where she undoubtedly left an impactful touch on the lives of many. It is said by many that to know her is to love her.
She is preceded in death by her Father, Gary Sarles and her uncles Bruce Gibb and Larry Gibb
She is survived by her devoted son, Paul Carter whom selflessly and courageously paused life and stayed by her side throughout the entire battle. Her grandson, Ashton Carter, who she often said was her pride and joy. Her mother Lynne Gibb. Her father's wife Sharon Sarles. Her brother Kevin Sarles and sister's, Keri Sarles and Kami Peters and her husband Mark. Her uncles, Darrell Sarles and late wife Loretta, Melvin Sarles, and Brian Gibb and late wife Carol. Her devoted best friend, Kristi Anderson who with no obligation, loved her immensely. This was shown by her involvement with each and every doctor's appointment as if they were her own along with help in every aspect of Krista's daily life. As well as several step brothers and sisters, aunts and uncles, generations of nieces and nephews, and a bundle of friends in which she considered family including their children who grew up knowing her as Aunt Krista.
The family of Krista sincerely invites you to a Memorial Service to honor and celebrate her life. The service will take place on Sunday, September 28, 2025, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Rosehead Park Pavilion in Perry, Florida. Family and friends are warmly welcome to join together in remembrance and to share in the celebration of a life well lived.
