Kristina Carol (Hall) Costilow, age 60, of Oak Hill, Ohio passed away on Monday, November 3, 2025, at The James Cancer Center in Columbus, Ohio. She was born November 18, 1964, to the late Keith and Carol Hall.

She is survived by her loving children: Tiffany (John) Scowden of Hilliard, Ohio, Kimberly Costilow (Johnnie Stewart) of Point Pleasant, West Virginia, Markus (Angela) Costilow of Oak Hill, Ohio, Nathaniel Costilow (Brandi Howard), and Cassie Costilow (Andrés Ruiz) of Greenville, South Carolina; grandchildren: Sophia, Chloe, Brooklyn, Darci, Connor, Chelsea, Bryson, Brayden, Juliet, Owen, and Amelia; and great-granddaughter, Ansley. Also surviving are sisters: Julie (Kelly) Needham of Jackson, Ohio, Angela (John) Hickerson of Oak Hill, Ohio, and Tricia (Lance) Campbell of Oak Hill, Ohio; brothers, Brian (Jennie) Hall of Oak Hill, Ohio and Jeff (Linda) Hall of Chillicothe, Ohio; as well as many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Kristina was employed by the Gallipolis Wal-Mart for 25 years where she formed special friendships with many of her coworkers.

She was baptized in November of 2024 and was a member of Henderson West Virginia Church of Christ.

One of her favorite past times was traveling. She loved spending time in Fort Myers Beach, Florida and in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. But her absolute favorite hobby was spending time with her grandchildren. When she wasn’t at work, you could usually find her cheering on her grandkids at ball games and band concerts.

Kristina leaves behind a legacy of caring deeply for others. Even in her darkest days, her thoughts were always with others who were also experiencing their own hardships. In her final act of caring for others, Kristina was an organ and tissue donor. While she was unable to donate organs due to invasive cancer, she was able to donate the gift of sight by donating her corneas.

Calling hours will be held on Friday, November 7th, 2025, from 5PM-8PM at the Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home of Oak Hill.
