Kristine Goins Obituary

Kristine treasured being a mother, and she especially cherished being a grandmother. Her grandchildren were the light of her life, and she loved them with all her heart, finding great joy in simply spending time with them and lavishing them with affection, and on occasion, gifts.
Most recently, she enjoyed the challenge and beauty of diamond puzzles, finding much satisfaction in each completed masterpiece. Her curiosity and love for learning extended to the world of electronics, where she continually explored and embraced new technology.
Kristine Goins, age 68, of Monroe, passed away at Wellspring Lutheran Services at 9:15pm on Sunday; August 17, 2025.
To cherish her memory, she leaves three children: Jason Goins, Jeremey (Lisa) Goins, and Joey (Bianca) Emrick; her mother: Barb Crawford; seven siblings: Pam, Lorain, Kim, Tom, Denny, Rick, and Denise; seven grandchildren: Jolena, Jocelyn, Brook, Brittany, Grace, Aubrey, and Kaylee.
Kristine's care has been entrusted to Merkle Funeral Service, North Monroe; 2442 North Monroe Street, Monroe, Michigan 48162 (734) 384-5185. Cremation has taken place through Covenant Cremation of Erie Michigan, a division of Merkle Enterprises, Inc.
