Our Dear Mother was called home on 7/23/22 surrounded by loved ones at the age of 70. She was an amazing Grandmother and mother who always had a tender touch and a loving heart. She was always there when we needed her, and we know she will be with us watching over us in spirit. Kris was predeceased by her father Jay Store, Mother Karen Duffy, and her Stepfather George Duffy. She is Survived by her Three Children and Three Grandchildren. Her Son Micah his son Vanden, her son McCray and his two sons Odysseus and Lawless, and her daughter Megan.
Kris was born in challis Idaho on July 21st 1952.
Her family moved to CA where she would mingle on the beaches, she loved to swim in the ocean, jump off the pier, and surf. While in CA she met Nowel Larkin. They were married, bought a home, and raised their children until 1992, when they moved to Worley, ID with her mother and Stepfather. They separated shortly after.
Kris lived in Worley on the Property, until the Creator called her home to Heaven.
Kris had multiple hobbies, interests, and talents. She loved to paint, she truly excelled at painting her stoke of a brush was beautiful. She was a talented suffer and a fashionable hairdresser, and she could mix a drink like no other bartender you know and loved to sing and dance. If she put her mind to it, she would conquer it. She especially excelled in the positions of Mother and Nana, sister and aunty. Her natural ability to love her family was a gift given by God! No matter the trouble or pain she would always love them. She loved to sit outside in the night by a fire and just talk for hours or listen to music and reminisce on the good times. She loved to watch her grandsons while their parents worked and would spoil them with sweets, cartoons, and the lake.
It is hard for us to say goodbye to our dear sweet mother, but we know she is no longer in pain, and we take comfort in knowing she is with us in spirit.
