Kristopher Karl Crisp, born on August 20, 1990, in Levelland, Texas, passed away on January 1, 2026, in Lubbock, Texas. A man of great spirit and kindness, Kristopher dedicated much of his time to serving his community as a volunteer firefighter for the City of Levelland. His commitment to others reflected his big heart and desire to help those around him.
Kristopher was a proud graduate of Levelland High School, where he not only excelled academically but also passionately participated in sports, particularly football and power lifting. His zest for life continued even after a tragic car accident in 2012 left him as a quadriplegic. Despite these challenges, Kristopher maintained his love for gaming, frequently playing his PlayStation and cherishing the conversations he shared with friends and family.
In addition to his hobbies, Kristopher had a deep connection with his faith and was actively involved in his church, showcasing his musical talents as a member of the choir. His love for singing brought joy to both himself and those fortunate enough to hear him.
Kristopher is survived by his loving family, including his father, Christopher Crisp, and his mother, Karla Hoeffner Crisp. He is also remembered by his sister, Courtney Rubio of Lubbock, TX, and his brother, Coby Crisp of Virginia Beach, VA. His grandparents, Wayne and Mary Crisp of Lubbock, TX, and Patricia Hoeffner of Lubbock, TX, will carry his memory in their hearts forever.
He was preceded in death by his great-grandparents, Gordon and Lucille Wright, Thomas and Arvella Casper, Ed and Ethel Hoeffner, and his grandfather, Karl Hoeffner. Kristopher's departure leaves a profound void in the lives of those he touched, yet his legacy of resilience, compassion, and love for life will remain in the hearts of all who knew him.
Visitation will be held at Krestridge Funeral Home located at 505 Austin Street, Levelland, TX 79336, on January 8, 2026, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
