Kurt A. Creech, age 52, of Mt. Sterling, Kentucky, passed away on March 11, 2024. He was born on January 14, 1972, in Adams County, and survived by his parents Emma (Ed) Reinhardt of Manchester, Ohio, and Johnn (Shelley) Taylor of Antioch, California.
Kurt proudly and honorably served in the United States Army, 101st Airborne. He will be remembered for his dedication and service to his country. He was also a member of Maysville VFW.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his beloved children, Kiarra Creech (Damon Blake), Konnor Creech, and Reagan Yates. Kurt is also survived by his siblings, Bill (Valerie) Taylor of Yreka, CA, Brian (Melanie) Taylor Maysville, KY, Johnnie (Blaine) Matteson of Rio Vista CA, and step-sister Tessa (Bobby) Freeman of Ardmore, OK.
He was preceded in death by his biological father, Billy Ray Creech; paternal grandparents, Harold Dean and Zoila Creech and maternal grandparents, Arnold and Roberta Spires.
Family and friends are invited to a visitation from 12:00 PM, until the time of the funeral service at 2:00 PM, Sunday, March 17, 2024 at Wilson Funeral Home, 35 W. Second St., Manchester. Pastor Chad Current will officiate. Military Honors will be conducted by the Adams County and US Army Honor Guards. Kurt will be cremated after the services.
May he rest in peace.
