Kurt Dickinson Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Sperry-McHoul-Pichi Funeral Home on Aug. 16, 2024.
Kurt D. Dickinson, 64, of Woonsocket, RI, and formerly of Attleboro, MA, passed away unexpectedly at home on Wednesday, August 7, 2024. Born on January 8, 1960, in Attleboro, he was the beloved son of Audrey G. (Peck) Dickinson of South Attleboro and the late James W. Dickinson.
Kurt was a proud graduate of Attleboro High School, Class of 1978. He spent his early career as a bank teller for Wells Fargo Bank, but his true passion was for adventure and travel. Kurt lived in various places across the country, including California and Florida, always seeking out new experiences. His spontaneous spirit meant that you never quite knew where he might end up or when he'd return, but that was part of his charm.
An avid skier, Kurt also had a deep love for music. He was a talented musician who played the guitar, organ, and piano-often spending entire days immersed in his music.
In addition to his beloved mother, Audrey, Kurt is survived by his dear siblings: Kevin Dickinson of South Attleboro, Kelly Dickinson of Putnam, CT, and Kristen Pouliot and her husband Scott of Standish, ME. He also leaves behind several cherished nieces and nephews.
All services for Kurt were held privately, and he was laid to rest in the family plot at Shepardville Cemetery in Plainville.

Mrs. Dickinson and family, I'm so sorry for your loss. I'm just hearing about this now. I used to work with Kurt at Shaw's years ago. He was a cool guy. He will be missed. RIP Kurt
