Kurtisha Lynnell Miller

Kurtisha Lynnell Miller, age 33, of Laurel, Delaware, passed away on September 27, 2025, peacefully in her sleep. Born on May 29, 1992 in Seaford, Delaware, Tish brought light and love into the lives of everyone who knew her. She was known for being quiet, soft-spoken, and kind.
Tish graduated from Laurel Senior High School and went on to work as a Direct Support Professional for Chimes. Her dedication to her career reflected her deep sense of purpose and heart for others.
She loved going to the movies, trying different restaurants, watching TV, and shopping. More than anything, Tish cherished her alone time and staying to herself.
Tish is survived by her mother, Tornio Miller; father, Curtis Townsend; grandmother, Joan Roberts; brother, Cameron Johnson; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. She was preceded in death by her two grandfathers, Joseph Roberts and Eugene Williams; grandmother, Rosie Lee Townsend; sister, Shanee Townsend; uncle, Joseph Miller; and aunt, Vanessa Williams.
