Kyle M. Berger Dec. 22, 1986 - Mar. 3, 2007 LaGrange - Kyle Martin Berger, 20, of La Grange, died Saturday March 3, 2007 at Pitt Memorial Hospital. Kyle was born in Austin, Texas on December 22, 1986 to Fred Berger and Becky Martin Berger of LaGrange. He was a student at Wayne Community College. An avid golfer and fisherman, Kyle was a member of the Three Eagles Golf Course and was a black belt in taekwondo. Funeral services will be Tuesday, March 6, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. from the chapel of Rouse Funeral Home with Rev. Brad Williamson, Rev. Edward Thornton and Rev. Gerald Stacy officiating. A private interment will be Wednesday at Fairview Cemetery. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his sister, Nikki Sasser and husband, Brooks of Greenville; his maternal grandparents, Leroy and Joyce Martin of LaGrange; his paternal grandparents, Jim and Ruth Berger of Greenville, SC; his aunts and uncles, Janet and Jim Nabors of Las Vegas, NV, Pam and David Herring of LaGrange, and Sherry and Michael Price of Mount Olive. Flowers are welcome or memorials in his memory may be made to the Kyle Martin Berger Scholarship Fund, in care of BB&T, 104 E. Washington Street, LaGrange, NC 28551. The family will receive friends Tuesday following the service at the funeral home and other times at the home of his parents, 303 Forest Drive, LaGrange. Arrangements are with Rouse Funeral Home, LaGrange.
