Kyle Joseph Kolbasowski

Kyle Joseph Kolbasowski, 33, of Spotswood passed away tragically as the result of a motorcycle accident on Sunday, June 5, 2022 in Old Bridge Township.
Born in Princeton, Kyle was raised in Spotswood until he settled in South Amboy two years ago. He worked as TIG welder and sheet metal mechanic for Unique Wheel Repair in Sayreville. Kyle grew up around motorcycles and he enjoyed motocross racing at Raceway Park in Englishtown and he loved riding his Harley Davidson. Kyle was the life of every party with his family and friends and he was truly loved by all who knew him. He was always there for anyone that needed help. He loved fishing and playing baseball but above all else, he loved being a devoted father to his 19 month old son.
Kyle is survived by his fiancée Lisa "Lee" Da Costa; his son Kameron Michael Kolbasowski; his mother and step-father, Lorraine and Tim Simpson; his father and step-mother Michael Kolbasowski and Cynthia Viscido; his siblings Michael Kolbasowski and his wife Kristin and Jillian Haynes; his step-siblings Jennifer Stark, Tara Lecreux, Timothy Simpson, Jr. and Jarret, Olivia and Sophia Klein; his grandmother Frances Brown and her companion Richard Mezzacca; his only niece Lave Rose Kolbasowski and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, June 9th, from 4:00 to 8:00 PM and again on Friday June 10th, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Spotswood Funeral Home, 475 Main Street, Spotswood. Cremation will be private. In lieu of flowers donations to the family to establish a trust for Kyle's son Kameron would be very much appreciated.
