Kyle Mainer Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home - Paris on Oct. 8, 2025.
Robert Kyle Mainer of Paris, Arkansas, passed away Tuesday, October 7, 2025, at Mercy in Fort Smith. He was born on November 9, 1968, in Fort Smith, Arkansas, to the late Robert Leslie Mainer and Patricia Ann (Holzman) Mainer. He was 56 years old. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Kyle was a loving and supporting son to Robert and Patricia Mainer. He was a 1987 graduate of Paris High School. He was proud of his work as a General Manager at Malco, a position he held for over 11 years beginning in June 2015. He found great joy in mentoring young employees and watching them grow into amazing adults.

He had a love for the movie industry and movies, his favorite movie to watch was Jaws. He was a music enthusiast for new and old music, rap, and classic. He was also a devoted cat dad to Boots and Kitty, who brought him endless joy.

Kyle was a swimming pool aficionado, wanting to be in the water anytime possible. A lifelong sports fan, football was his passion. He rooted for the Razorbacks, Raiders, Ravens, and proudly became a big Chiefs fan. One of his best memories was going on Arrowhead Stadium and Lambeau football fields.

Deeply loved by friends and family, he gave that love right back-loyal, generous, and always ready with a story, a wild fact, or a hilarious memory. He served on the board of the Caulksville Cemetery, believing in the importance of honoring both family and community. He was a member of Double Sequence championship team.

He was Cynthia's best friend and forever love. He was a wonderful man. He will be missed tremendously.

Open visitation will began at 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., Friday, October 10th at Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home in Paris. Burial will follow at the Caulksville Cemetery.

He is survived by his significant other, Cynthia Totton of Booneville; and several uncles, aunts, and cousins.

Pallbearers will be Bradley Birchfield, Jody Birchfield, Bryan Yount, Reese Rowland, Michael Rowland, Mitchell Lloyd, David Spicer, Randy Clark, Troy Rowe, Billy Ray Mainer, and Steve Lovelace.
