Kyle Aaron Patterson

Kyle Aaron Patterson age 23, Cameron Mo passed away on Saturday March 8, 2025, surrounded by his loving family and friends.
Kyle was born March 27, 2001 to Robert "Bobby" L. and Carol L. (Bird) Patterson, Jr., in Kansas City, MO.
Kyle was a member of St. Munchin Catholic Church. He was a 2020 graduate if Cameron High School, where he was active with Special Olympic bowling for many years, and a proud Homecoming King in 2019. Kyle was a lover of football as long as it wasn't the Chiefs! He loved WWE wrestling, all things Nascar and anything fast. He enjoyed deer hunting with dad and loved picking on his mom. He was an avid weather watcher and was always following the storms. John Deere tractors and riding four wheelers was a favorite pastime, he also loved playing on his X-Box and video games. Kyle was a ruthless UNO player and a champion. He was a proud supporter of the military. Kyle will be most remembered by the smile that he held on his face and the laughter that he brought to life. He was a loving son, grandson, nephew and cousin who will be missed dearly by his family and friends.
He leaves his father and mother, Bob and Carol, and two loving but ornery dogs, Bandit and Dolly of the home; grandmothers, Marna S. Patterson, Cameron, MO and LaVerne C. Bird, Cameron, MO; Aunt Lisa (Andy) Starkebaum, Excelsior Springs; cousins Shelby Starkebaum (Springfield, MO) and Ben Starkebaum (Excelsior Springs, MO); a special nurse and a second mom, Shandi Gardner, and many family and friends.
He is preceded in death by his grandfather's Robert L. Patterson, Sr. and Gerald "Jerry" R. Bird.
Mass of Christian Burial, 10:00 AM, Thursday, March 13, 2025, at St. Muchin's Catholic Church, Cameron, MO. Visitation, 6:30-8:30 PM, Wednesday, March 12, 2025, at Poland-Thompson Chapel, Cameron. Rosary will be recited at 6:00 PM prior to the visitation. Burial, St. Munchin Catholic Cemetery, Cameron.
Memorials may be made to the Ronald McDonald House Charities or Children's Mercy Hospital.
