Kyleigh M. Hernandez, 25, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, July 6, 2024. She was born on February 26, 1999, in Harlingen, to Hector L. Leija and Stephanie L. Leija.
She is survived by her loving husband, Guadalupe "Sonny" Hernandez IV, her son, Guadalupe "Cinco" Hernandez V, her daughters, Addison Jae Hernandez, and Gabriella Lynn Hernandez, her parents, Hector and Stephanie Leija, her brother Hart L. Leija, and her sisters, Keighara M. Leija and Keziah M. Leija.
She is preceded in death by her great grandparents, Eduvina and Julian Longoria, Emma and Gilberto De La Garza, and Maria and Luis Guerrero, her grandfathers, Santiago Leija Sr. and Juan Posas Sr.
Viewing will be held on Friday, July 12, 2024, from 9 a.m. until 9 p.m. with a holy rosary at 6 p.m. at Good Shepherd Funeral Home and will resume on Saturday, July 13, 2024, from 9 a.m. until 9 p.m. with a holy rosary at 6 p.m. at Good Shepherd Funeral Home. All services will conclude at this time.

I’m so very sorry to hear about Kyleigh’s tragic accident and her passing. Words cannot express the depth of my sorrow for your loss. I am thinking of you and your family during this heartbreaking time.
She was a beautiful young lady. She was taken from us far too soon. May she rest in peace.
