LaBruce H. "Blacky" Wade, 70, Johnstown, died August 8, 2025. He was born August 3, 1954 in Johnstown, son of the late Vernon Wade and Mary Frances Westbrook, he was also preceded in death by siblings, Kathleen, Barbara, Darlene, Pamela, Terry, Arthur, Rodriguez and Pete. He is survived by his son Lucas and daughter JoNeal; grandchildren CazMya, JaNyah, Maurice and Ibn, god-daughters Mindy and Tiera; and sisters Rosemary (JR Wardlaw), Julia (Roland Curry) and Tina (Bishop Joseph McGauley). LaBruce served proudly in the US Coast Guard, and was a mason by trade and had worked on the Philadelphia Eagles stadium. Friends will be received from 10 AM until time of service at Noon on Saturday, August 16, 2025 at Jefferson Memorial COGIC, 334 Ebensburg Rd., Johnstown. Bishop Joseph McGauley officiant.
