Laci Jones Obituary
Laci Rai Jones 32, of Marysville, IN. passed away on Sunday, November 19, 2023, at her residence. She was born on August 1, 1991, in Jeffersonville, IN. to Todd Williams and the late Joni Rai Wedding Williams.
Laci Rai worked at Clark Memorial for fifteen years and now was a medical scheduler for 1GI. She loved vacationing at the beach, her favorites were Destin, FL. and Myrtle Beach, S.C. Laci celebrated Halloween and enjoyed watching all the scary movies, especially SCREAM, along with Law & Order and the other criminal shows. She was in a Bunko club, played basketball all through school, and encouraged Shelby in Cheer and Gymnastics; Laci was a Dance Mommy! She always hosted family holiday gatherings at her house and was well-known as the helper of the family.
Laci Rai is survived by her loving husband, Ethan; her daughter, Shelby Rai, and her son, Wade Roy; her father, Todd Williams; her brother; Marshall Williams and husband, Jake Folz; sister, Kaci Williams; her mimi and pap, Lisa and Pat McKinley; grandfather, Brent Keith; grandparents, Earl and Melody Williams; grandmother-in-law, Lula Jones; father-in-law, Danny Jones; sister-in-law, Cindy Hunt and husband Ian; brothers-in-law, Jake McKinley, and Chad McKinley; nieces, JoAnn Rai Adams, Maggie Hunt, Callie Hunt, Dee Jones, Hillary Jones, and Ainsley Jones; nephew, Dixon Jones; along with her fur baby, Harley.
Laci Rai was preceded in death by her mother, Joni Rai Wedding Williams; grandmother, Donna Grote; great-grandmother, Bonita Harbin; and uncle, David Jones.
Life Celebration services will be held on Saturday, November 25, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. at Grayson Funeral Home in New Washington, IN. Visitation will be on Friday, November 24, 2023, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and again on Saturday from 11:00 a.m. until the service time.
The family has asked that expressions of love and sympathy take the form of donations to: The Shelby & Wade Jones Fund c/o New Washington State Bank, for Laci Rai Jones.
