Lacy Danny Stiltner

Mr. Lacy Danny Stiltner, age 80, of Honaker, Virginia passed away Tuesday (December 2, 2025) at his home. Born January 16, 1945 in the Garden Creek section of Buchanan County, Virginia, he was a son of the late Benjamin Frank and Nancy Hess Stiltner. A lifelong resident of the Southwest Virginia area, he was a disabled coal miner. He enjoyed fishing, but most of all spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three children, Jerry Stiltner, Nancy Jean Stiltner, and James Stiltner, and four siblings, Edna Stiltner, Mary Matney, Burton Stiltner, and Ira Stiltner.

Survivors include his wife, Rebecca Stiltner; children, Gerri Stiltner, Kimberly Stiltner, Jason Stiltner, and Jeff Stiltner; grandchildren, Carly Compton, Landon Stevens, Matthew Dotson, and Nicki Stiltner; half-sister, Mable Wallace; one great-grandchild and several nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 AM Sunday in the Honaker Funeral Home Chapel, Honaker, Virginia. Interment will follow in the Stiltner Cemetery.

Relatives and friends will serve as pallbearers.

The family will receive friends after 6:00 PM Saturday at the funeral home.
