A Time To Be Born And Learn
Life's sunrise for LaDarius Eugene Jackson was October 28, 1998, to Herbert LaMar Jackson and Lena Mae Coker Bowen (RIP) in Little Rock, AR. LaDarius and his older brother Tra'V'on LaMar Jackson were born to these parents. Their mother, Lena died Aug 20, 2006. LaDarius and his brother lived with his maternal grandmother, Patricia A. Keaton Coker, for a brief time after his mother's death. When LaDarius was 9, he and his brother moved to live with their father.
His father married Jeannette Mills Jackson Feb 16, 2006, who had three children from a prior marriage: Clinton, Dontranell, and TeaSharra Harrision. LaDarius and his siblings were raised in a loving blended family in Stuttgart, AR. LaDarius attended school in the Stuttgart School System and later earned his GED.
A Time To Be Reborn
LaDarius accepted Christ at an early age and was baptized at New St. Paul Baptist Church in Roe, AR, under the leadership of Pastor Henry Dabner. In his youth, he attended church regularly with his grandmother. When in need of reassurance, he would often call his Aunt Jacqueline Blackwell for prayer and words of encouragement.
A Time To Plant, And Nurture
LaDarius worked several jobs in Arkansas and Texas. Although mischievous and adventurous, LaDarius was not afraid to take chances and relocate. He lived in Arkansas, Michigan, Colorado, and Texas. He loved his girlfriend, Kevanna Simmons, and his two children. When he saw them or talked about them, his face would beam. They were the light of his life. He loved music, especially RAP. He taped and recorded himself performing the RAP songs he wrote. He also loved to dance and was pretty good at it. LaDarius was a very fun-loving person, always finding ways to make others laugh. He could warm your heart with his personality. His big smile would light up the room.
