LADONNA ELAIN GRUBBS our Mom, 96, passed away on her terms. Born in Chicago, she moved to Miami early in life. She attended Miami High School and was a proud member of the Miami High Majorettes. She was a member of the Miami Elks, Miami Moose, and VFW. She retired from Mercy Hospital as Purchasing Supervisor in the Pharmacy. She was predeceased by her husband Ray Grubbs and son Bill Brooks. She is survived by sons Lee Brooks, Wes Brooks, their spouses and beloved Grand Children, Great Grand Children, and Great Great Grand Children. Her enthusiasm and generous spirit will be missed by all that knew her. Many remember Mom as Mema, will miss her every day and will think of her often. Mom/Mema, we will always love you. A celebration of life will follow the viewing and all those that knew her and loved her as we did are welcome.
